Delete your account

To delete your drawn account, submit a request on this page using the email address you signed up with. This is the only way to delete your account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, notes, and pairing data from our systems.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address linked to your drawn account.
2. Complete the security check.
3. Tap Request deletion.
4. We’ll verify the request and delete your account. We’ll email you when it is complete. This cannot be undone.

Before you submit

If you have an active subscription, cancel auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not automatically refund an existing billing period.
